"The reason why I wrote this story is because the punch line is absolutely perfect. I love stories that have suspense and a twist at the end. I hang out with a large group of friends and when a smaller group is formed it's always a treat to see all the personalities and how they connect or clash with one another. That usually makes for a good time. I hope that you all enjoy my story of Maggie and Snow." _____________________________
"I wrote my essay in order to express that not everything is perfect in an aesthetic world. Many people tell me that my life is easy because my parents are well off and I had my own car that I did not have to pay for. I paid for it with my life by submitting to every demand my dad barked at me. This essay was a release for me to take all my anger to paper and not my dad's face. I wanted people to see that there is to more to the higher classes than nice cars and big houses. There is a major disconnect between reality and fantasy among many homes in the United States, it is just covered in gold. The more people see that, the better and more understood people would be towards others." _____________________________
"I wrote this story because I wanted to express my feelings about seeing the sharks. It was my first time seeing them out of an aquarium and was much more thrilling than looking from behind glass. Standing in the water with the sharks, I really enjoyed watching as they came and went with the swells. Also, while I was collecting ideas to write my piece I felt this one was filled with emotions, had a great plot, and would be exciting for the readers. It was great to share my account of the moment."
